Using Wallwisher

I was pointed to Wallwisher by @kylepace and am testing it out.   Lately, I have really been thinking about improving communication with parents, so I thought I would try creating a wall with this topic in mind.  I was later tweeted by my colleague with the following:

@bircherd I like wallwisher. Use it when doing PD w/teachers to get feedback. Here is a link to my model wallwisher.

I think there are many uses for this type of media.  Granted, it has similarities to blogging, wiki’s, Voicethreads, etc.  However, each of these social media brands have their own uniqueness and functionality.   I think Wallwisher can be used in many classroom applications as well.

Here is my “maiden voyage” with this.  I thought it would be a good test.
